My son LOOOOOVES chicken!
I mean, this growing boy REALLY loves HIS chicken! Chicken breast in particular!
Smoked Paprika Chicken Breast made under the broiler is the quickest and the easiest way to make him happy.
Here is a visual of what is needed to make Smoked Paprika Chicken Breast:
All I need to do is mix some smoked paprika, salt, pepper, garlic and oregano:
…. then combine it with olive oil:
… and smother chicken breast all over!
6 minutes on each side under the broiler. 10 minutes of rest in the oven and that is IT!
I am usually not ready with the rest of dinner by the time the chicken comes out of the oven. I keep it covered until I’m ready and I think that extra rest time really helps the juices to stay in and makes the chicken perfectly done, tender and juicy!
Broiled Smoked Paprika Chicken Breast is so versatile!
I have served it in so many different ways and it’s always a pleaser!
The above dinner was done 100% in the oven!
I baked the sweet potato fries and the veggies while the Smoked Paprika Chicken Breast was resting.
This dinner was predominantly done in the oven as well.
I baked the potatoes before broiling the chicken. The asparagus was roasted in the oven while the chicken was resting. At the same time, I sautéed some onions with mushrooms.
Another dinner straight out of the oven!
Since I had carrots in the veggie mix (carrots take longer to cook), I baked it before broiling the chicken and finished it off under the broiler right before serving.
Ceasar Salad is always the least time consuming dinner. Especially if I end up using a store bought dressing…
This dinner was done 100% in the oven as well!
The cabbage was seasoned with salt and pepper, brushed with olive oil, wrapped with bacon, baked in foil and then unwrapped and finished off under broiler.
The potatoes were sliced, seasoned with salt and pepper and mixed with olive oil, then baked until soft inside and crispy on the outside.
The corn was seasoned just like the potatoes. Baked and then broiled at the end.
This dinner was a little more time consuming.
The Smoked Paprika Chicken Breast was served with rice and Lecso.
Lecso takes a little longer to make as it requires simmering.
No matter what you serve it with, Broiled Smoked Paprika Chicken Breast is delicious!
It makes my boy happy every time I make it!
