Are you looking for a good Beef Shish Kebobs Marinate?
I’ve got one to share with you!
Since you know how important it is to use marinate for Shish Kebobs, you probably also know the meat needs to be marinated for a good few hours. My preference is OVERNIGHT!
What kind of meat?
Listen, it’s for Shish Kebobs. Any cut will do. Of course the most expensive cut the better, but do you really want to cut up your buttery filet mignon for a Shish Kebob???
I try to go with any type of sirloin, but the pictured above, I think was a chuck roast.
The marinate and the time is more important that the meat itself while making Shish Kebobs.
Also, a very important step in making Shish Kebobs, that we ofter forget – make sure you soak your skewers! Nobody wants to chew on particles of split up skewers! Also, wet skewers won’t catch on fire!
Now, what you put on that skewer, besides the meat itself, it is really up to you!
As you can see on the pictures, I used multi color peppers and onions. I wish my family liked mushrooms or tomatoes… They don’t even like the onions, but… I put them on anyway, just to be mischievous! 🙂
They like bacon, so I intertwined slices of bacon between layers. That made my kids really happy!
Try this Beef Shish Kebobs Marinate the next time you have people coming over for a BBQ and you will see nobody will be disappointed!
