As exciting as it is, Thanksgiving may be challenging in the Gluten-Free world, especially in the DESSERT department.
To alleviate the stress associated with that, I put a list of my well-tried, delicious Gluten-Free Thanksgiving Desserts!
Now, you just need to pick at least one and run with it!
It’s all about the Pie Crust and this Apple Pie on Gluten-Free Pie Crust may be just better than its traditional version!
They are like a lazy version of a Pumpkin Roll and more appealing to kids.
Not only it looks like the real deal, but it tastes like it too! There is no way it’s Gluten-Free?… Oh, yes, it is! All the way! And you make it just like the traditional, glutenous version!
You don’t need to be a Master Chef or have a lot of experience in gluten-free baking to make this decadent Gluten-Free Pumpkin Bread!
They are packed with fresh cranberries and walnuts!
Every bite is an explosion of flavors!💥
My version of a Gluten Free Key Lime Pie consists of 2 layers:
- the traditional, baked filing, made up of sweet condensed milk, egg yolks and lime juice
- the not-so-traditional cream cheese topping
New York style cheesecake with the addition of pumpkin on Pecans and Gluten Free Corn Chex based crust.
This is my gluten-free version of a traditional Polish cake called Pleśniak. The recipe may look complicated, but it’s really not that difficult.
These little Gluten-Free Pumpkin Cookies are delicious, and make a perfect addition to a cup of coffee. They are just enough sweet to satisfy your sweet tooth, but not too sweet. You can taste the pumpkin spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg. Just perfect!
You can bake this Gluten-Free Apple Crisp in one big baking dish or split it up to individual servings.
It is really simple to make. It only looks complicated.
This is a replica of a NY/NJ Diner style Coconut Custard Pie in its gluten-free version.
These are simply addicting! Can’t have JUST one! 🙂
This cake is a perfect combination of cake and cheesecake.
By itself, with a cup of coffee or as an addition to a hearty breakfast, these Pumpkin Muffins make everybody happy!
No whipped cream needed. It’s good on its own.
Turkey is served with Cranberry-Apple Crisp at my house! It goes together so beautifully you don’t want to put your fork down. 🙂
It’s like Apple Pie but better.
These cookies will make an awesome addition to any Thanksgiving table. Also, would be perfect on a Christmas morning, with a cup of coffee or tea.
